Bri, the owner and founder, enjoys building relationships with each and every client to take a vision and transform it into something spectacular to ensure your cakes are the highlights of your special occasion. It became her mission to ensure that all cakes and treats will not only look good but also taste amazing too. Our personalized cakes are fondly crafted with the finest ingredients available and in a variety of exciting flavors and toppings available to choose from.

Bakery Policies

At Sugar Vibes, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made treats for every occasion. To ensure the best experience for our customers, please review our policies below.

Ordering & Payment

* All custom orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.

* A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

* Orders under $50 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

* We accept cash, credit/debit, online payments

Pricing & Customization

* Custom cake prices start at $130, but the final cost depends on design, size, and customization.

* Once the design is confirmed, the final price will be provided.

* Any last-minute changes to your order may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

* Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 2-3 days in advance or as soon as possible.

* Cancellations made after the final payment deadline are non-refundable.

* In the rare event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Pickup & Delivery

* Delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on location.

* Please inspect your order upon pickup/delivery. Once the cake leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages.

Storage & Consumption

* Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and refrigerated if necessary.

* For best taste and quality, consume within 5 days of pickup/delivery.

Allergy Disclaimer

* Our products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

Design Rights

* We reserve the right to photograph our cakes for promotional purposes.

* We do not replicate exact designs from other bakeries but can create similar styles with our unique touch.
