To confirm your booking, we require 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to picking up or receiving your order. This policy is in place to protect against previous instances of non-payment and ensure a seamless experience for all clients. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled within 7 days of scheduled order date due to specialized supply investments. Order cancellations taking place prior to the 7 days are eligible for a full payment refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.
