Thank you for your interest in ordering from Sugar & Story Bakery! We operate via presales and will have a limited amount of spots available throughout the year! Please follow us on social media @sugarandstorybakery to stay updated on presale drops!!

How do I place an order?
Orders are available during presales. You can conveniently place an order once presale is open. Holiday presale orders are reviewed and confirmed individually.
What if I would like a custom order?
We’d be happy to fulfill custom orders outside of our presale orders. Please send all inquiries to sugarandstorybakery@gmail.com and our team will contact you in 24 hours.
How will I receive my order?
All items will be picked up at our home-based bakery in Lawrence, IN.
Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final.
Is there someone I can talk to over the phone if I have questions about ordering?
Yes, please feel free to text or call Dr.Chanae at 317-605-1903 for all inquiries.
Will there be seasonal flavors?
Yes, we are excited to offer seasonal cookies and cake flavors! All seasonal flavors will be included in their respective presale.

Thanksgiving Preorder
Preorders are open from Oct 1 - Nov 14. Limited quantities available. Orders may close early if capacity is reached.
Wednesday November 25th between 4pm and 7pm is the designated pickup time for Thanksgiving orders.
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
All items are made to order with high quality ingredients and lots of love.
Pickup will be in Lawrence, IN.
Refrigerated items (banana pudding cake and banana pudding tray) must be refrigerated promptly after pickup.
