How do I place an order? Orders are available during presales. You can conveniently place an order once presale is open. Holiday presale orders are reviewed and confirmed individually. What if I would like a custom order? We’d be happy to fulfill custom orders outside of our presale orders. Please send all inquiries to sugarandstorybakery@gmail.com and our team will contact you in 24 hours. How will I receive my order? All items will be picked up at our home-based bakery in Lawrence, IN. Are all sales final? Yes, all sales are final. Is there someone I can talk to over the phone if I have questions about ordering? Yes, please feel free to text or call Dr.Chanae at 317-605-1903 for all inquiries. Will there be seasonal flavors? Yes, we are excited to offer seasonal cookies and cake flavors!
