Deposits are non refundable unless I personally have a emergency. Deposits are for supplies for your order and once you have placed your order and paid deposit. I buy everything I need for your custom order.

Non refundable deposit is required to save your date. Deposit will be calculated towards your order. Any orders canceled 5 days prior to due date will not be refunded. I can issue a future credit towards another order which will be the amount that was after your deposit.

For cakes that are ordered with black, brown and red colored frosting you must sign agreement that I'm not responsible for colored teeth, mouth or clothing.
