While I make every effort to bake to special requests, there is always a chance of cross contamination. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Do you have gluten free/dairy free products available?
Yes! I do offer these. Please keep in mind that all my recipes are scratch made and some gluten free/dairy free products will have a different texture and taste than my other products.
Do you charge a rush fee?
No, there is never a rush fee however some orders may not be able to be achieved on short notices.
Why do you require full payment to book my date?
Being a small business, space is limited. I require full payment to ensure that your specific date is filled. Typically, I only accept 4-6 orders per week and have a waiting list most weeks.
How do you handle refunds?
After your spot is reserved with payment, there are no refunds given. If there is a valid issue, a full credit will be given for the product, or we can exchange your date upon availability. Credits are determined by the bakery owner.
What if I need to reschedule my event?
That is not an issue at all. We are completely understanding, and can reschedule your event upon our availability.
What happens if I don’t show up to pick up my order?
I will make an effort to contact you that your order is ready for pickup. If no response within 5 minutes, I leave the pickup location to start my Wedding deliveries. Your order will be held for 24 hours. After hours pickup is $50. After 24 hours, your order will be donated and no credit/refund will be given.
