Policy Reminder 💕 • Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Weekend orders must be pre-ordered during business hours. • Same-day orders are not accepted. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved — please contact me directly. • All presale items require payment at the time of ordering. Unpaid orders will not be held and will be released. • For events such as Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, etc., a 1-2 week notice is required. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders. The remaining balance is due no later than 6 days before the pickup date. • Any changes or cancellations must be communicated before the 6-day window. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. •Final payments are due 6 days prior to pickup/delivery unless otherwise stated. Orders not paid in full by the due date will be automatically canceled without further notice. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. • Please arrive on time for pickups. Late pickups may result in forfeited items with no refund. Please let me know if you’ll be late past your pick up time. • Once treats leave my care, I am not responsible for damage due to weather, handling, or storage. ⚠️Allergy disclaimer — Please note: All treats are made in a kitchen that may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.
