Order Placement • All orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance to allow adequate preparation time. • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment. • For large custom orders, a meeting may be required. Payment Policy • A 50% deposit is required • Final payment is due before or at the pickup/ delivery date. Changes or Cancellations • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup/ delivery date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 50% deposit. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will not be refunded. • Custom cakes or special designs cannot be changed once production has started. Any changes must be communicated 7 days before the event date. Delivery & Pickup • Delivery is available for a fee. Please inquire about delivery charges based on your location. • Pickup times will be discussed prior to the event date. Allergies & Restrictions • Please inform me of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences at the time of ordering. Cake Care • Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, and refrigerated is necessary. • Consume within 3 days of pickup/delivery to ensure freshness. Design & Customization • Custom cake designs are available based on your preference and occasion. I strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to size, ingredients, and decoration style. Sugar & Slice is not responsible for any allergic reactions or other issues arising from the consumption of our cakes if the customer has not disclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
