Capabilities & Pricing
💸 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required 4 days before pickup.
• Orders over $50 require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date.
• Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or the order will be canceled.
• Payments made after the 4-day deadline will incur a 25% late fee and must be paid the same day or the order will be canceled.
• Orders without full payment on time will be canceled and deposits forfeited.
📍 Pickup Policy
• Please arrive on time for pickup. Orders not picked up within 15 minutes may be placed outside for pickup.
• Treats are perishable and cannot be held for late pickups.
• Orders will not be released unless fully paid.
• Please double-check your invoice for the correct pickup address.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• If an order is paid in full and canceled within 7 days of pickup, refunds will not be issued. Payment may be applied as a credit for a future order unless the order has already been completed.
Note: A small service fee is added to online orders to help cover website and processing costs.
