Capabilities & Pricing
💸 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required 4 day before pickup.
• Orders over $50 require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to book.
• Payments made after the 4 day deadline will incur a 15% late fee and must be paid same day or the order is cancelled.
• Orders without full payment on time will be canceled, and deposits forfeited.
📍 Pickup Policy
• Please arrive on time—orders not picked up within 15 minutes will be placed outside.
• Treats are perishable and cannot be held for late pickups.
• Orders will not be released unless fully paid.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• If you cancel after paying in full, no refunds will be issued.
**Note a small service fee is added to online orders to help cover website and processing costs.
