SUGAR SHACK POLICIES ⭐️ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A 25% nonrefundable deposit fee is due at time of booking. Full payment is due prior to your pickup. ⭐️ ORDER PICKUP & CANCELLATIONS: Pickup details will be arranged within the week of your pickup date. Cancellations within 5 days from pickup date will not be subject to any refunds or credit. ⭐️ CARE & HANDLING: Sugar Shack is not responsible for any damage to baked goods after pickup unless by the fault of our own negligence. At time of pick up, order care information will be provided on information card. **Clients have 24 hours from time of pick up to file a complaint regarding the order. Photographic proof and returning of baked goods for will be required before any refund of store credit can be issued.** ⭐️ DESIGN VARIATIONS: Sugar Shack will provide you with a digital set of your cookies that will be approved by the client. The digital set will be subject to slight variations as we will never copy someone else’s exact work. ⭐️ MARKETING: Sugar Shack reserve the right to all photos & videos of baked goods to use on our social media platforms and for other marketing materials. ⭐️ ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if someone in your party has a food allergy. We can bake items to accommodate allergies however, being a home bakery we CANNOT guarantee cross contamination will not occur.
