All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event date, unless your order can be accommodated within my schedule.

Clients must fill out an order request form prior to any accommodation being considered. Please ensure all contact and order details are accurate before submission.

If I can accommodate your order request, you will receive an invoice. Once you receive the invoice, a 50% deposit is required for all orders.  

Clients must pay the deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invoice to hold their booking. If I do not receive a deposit by 48 hours I have the right to cancel the booking spot and you will need to resubmit a new order request form.

The remaining 50% is to be paid by the client no later than 3 days before the event date.

Accepted payments are as follows: Cash, Venmo, or ApplePay.

I will not duplicate an exact copy of someone else’s work. Any inspiration photos will be used as a guide.

I have the right to decline a specific design if it includes any licensed art, such as Disney characters.

I will do my best to achieve a color match, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Please note, if a digital image is provided as inspiration, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed due to variations in digital image representation.

Any alterations to your order, including changes to the event date or designs/colors must be submitted in writing via email, message, or contact form. These changes must be made no later than 5 days before your final payment date.

Requests for changes after this 5-day period may or may not be accommodated.

All cancellations must be made in writing, by email, message, or through the contact form.

Clients are eligible for a full refund ONLY if cancellation requests are made at least 5 days before the final payment date. Refunds requested after this period will be reduced by the expenses incurred for materials purchased or work completed for the order.

Please note that I cannot guarantee availability for rebooking, especially during peak seasons and holidays, once your reservation is canceled.

Additionally, as cookies are custom-made to order, payments are non-refundable if cancellations occur later than 5 days before the final payment date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As the orders consist of handmade food items, returns and exchanges are not possible. For any remaining concerns, please reach out to me directly.

Should there be any dissatisfaction after delivery or pickup, please send an email or use the contact form.

Depending on the nature of the issue, a partial refund may be considered, but it is not guaranteed.

Taste is based on personal preference. Refunds will not be given if the client does not like the taste of the product.

While I can offer a nut-free cookie, please be aware that all cookies are prepared by a home-based food production operation that may process common food allergens, such as wheat, egg, dairy, and nuts, and is not subject to South Carolina’s food safety regulations.
