Sugar Rush is a home-based bakery located in Monroe, Ohio. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
How do I place an order?
Custom orders and select preorders can be placed right here through Bakesy! Once your request is submitted, I’ll review your order and send an invoice for payment.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance for custom orders. I may occasionally be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Sugar Rush products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts and tree nuts, may be present. I cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Because treats are made specifically for your order, payments are non-refundable once ingredients/preparation have begun. If you need to change your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
