* All items are custom made to order and require a lead time of two weeks or more * All character sets are considered elaborate * Any changes to an order must be outside of the two-week lead time. If short notice changes can be accommodated, a 25% rush fee will be added to your purchase * A 50% non- refundable deposit is required upon booking to reserve your desired date. Remaining balances are due at pick-up.
