Payment and Pick-up: •Your date is not reserved until payment is made! Once the invoice is sent, you have 48 hours to make payment or the order will cancel without notice. •All orders are to be picked up from my home in Newton, at Ribbons and Stitches in Kirbyville or The Tattered Suitcase in Jasper. •There is a one dozen minimum on custom cookies, NOT including bouquets or gift boxes. •Custom orders need to be canceled at least 14 days before your event date for a refund! Rush Fee: •A rush fee of $20 will be added to your total if you order less than a week before your event date. Liability: •Sugar Crystals Creations is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Sugar Crystals Creations. Allergy & Dietary Warnings: •Products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen, which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. •The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergens.
