🌻Orders are not placed or reserved until 50% payment is received. 🌻If payment is not received within 24 hours of sending the invoice, the order will be cancelled. 🌻The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the pickup day. 🌻Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in order cancellation. 🌻By paying the deposit of your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

🌻We do not offer full refunds unless all the cookies are returned within 24 hours of pickup due to an order error. After 24 hours, customers are eligible for a 50% in-store credit toward a future cookie purchase. 🌻Refunds are not available for flavor or design dissatisfaction, as all cookies are made to order and handcrafted with care. 🌻It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order when it is received. If you are not satisfied with your cookies, please notify us at the time of pickup. Once the order is accepted by you or a designated party and has left our property, refunds will not be considered. 🌻Once cookies are picked up, it’s the customer’s responsibility to handle the cookies carefully to prevent breakage or damage during travel. Cookie care instructions are listed on Sugar Cookies by Vanessa LLC Facebook page and included with your order. 🌻We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade or color is not achieved. Colors may appear differently on various devices, so if a specific color match is needed, please provide a hard copy or reference item. While we strive for accuracy, please understand that handmade items may not achieve an exact color match, especially when using dye-free colors.

While we hope emergencies never arise, if we are unable to complete an order, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund.

🌻If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via our Facebook page: Sugar Cookies by Vanessa LLC. 🌻To qualify for a partial refund, the order must be cancelled at least two weeks before the scheduled pickup date. A 25% cancellation fee will apply. 🌻Orders cancelled less than two week before the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund, as production and ingredient costs will have already been incurred.

Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and milk. Please note that our products are not made in a nut-free kitchen. While we take care in preparing our baked goods, they cannot be guaranteed 100% allergy-free. We take food allergies very seriously. For safety, we cannot accept orders requiring strict allergen-free conditions.
