Pickup date/time will be chosen during checkout. Pickup location is in Duluth, MN (address given at checkout). Cookies that aren’t picked up during the chosen time frame will be placed on the doorstep for 24 hours. If not claimed, the order will be forfeited. Sugar & Bee Cookie Co. is not responsible for any damage/theft of any orders left on doorstep.

Presale orders are only placed once payment is made! Payment is due once the invoice is sent. If it is not paid, the order will be canceled. Payments are non-refundable and there are no returns on cookies.

All cookies are heat sealed in cellophane bags for freshness. Packaging (boxes, bows, etc.) for different items may vary and will be stated in item description. Cookies will stay fresh in their packaging for 1-2 weeks, and may be frozen in airtight containers for 1-2 months.

Presales will close when limit is reached or by the date & time specified by Sugar & Bee. This is to allow for the appropriate amount of baking and preparation time.
