Can I order just one cookie/cupcake?
Due to cost of supplies and the time it takes to create each individual tiny work of art, I do not accept request orders for one single cookie/cupcake. If one cookie/cupcake is all you are wanting, please keep an eye on my Shop Link and Facebook for “Fun Friday Treats” where I offer individual items.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, requests are only accepted for local pickup/delivery. Please check back at a later time to see if we have been able to make the jump into shipping!
Can I show you a picture of a cookie for an idea I saw that I liked?
Absolutely! You can always submit photos for inspiration; I can certainly brainstorm off of the inspiration to create something our own to not “steal” another baker’s hard work.
Will you replace cookies that break before my event?
Once the cookies are in your hands, it is your responsibility to handle them with care. I am not responsible to replace damaged cookies, though if I am able, I will try my best to create new ones for you if time allows, at my standard cookie prices.
Does your kitchen facility process nuts?
While I do my best to ensure nuts are not directly present when not utilizing emulsions, extracts, add-ins, etc. of nuts or nut derivatives, I am unable to absolutely guarantee that no contact could possibly be made- this is also why a disclosure/drop down of acknowledgement must be selected at the time of ordering.
Do you deliver?
Yes, I can deliver on-base for orders over $40. Orders less than $40 acquire a $2 base delivery fee.
