A 50% retainer is required to consider this as an order and contract for services to be rendered. Receipt of retainer acts as a signature of this contract. The remaining balance is due ten (10) business days prior to the pick-up/delivery date. Any changes to this order must be made no later than ten (10) business days prior to pick-up/delivery. Retainer payments made towards this invoice will make this a binding contract. Any changes requested after the payment of this contract cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. The retainer will be applied to the total cost of your order at pick up/delivery. You will not be placed on the calendar without securing your retainer. All retainers are non-refundable. There will be no credit given for orders canceled inside of ten (10) business days. For cancellations with more than ten (10) business days’ notice, credit may be given for a future order, less the fair market value of items that cannot be re-used. This offer is subject to the date being available. If full payment is not received by the due date, the order may be canceled.

Full payment is due upon receipt if the order is placed within the same week of your event. Your order will be null and void if full payment is not received for same-week orders. A $25 rush order fee will be applied to last-minute orders, and for custom orders not placed two weeks prior to the event.

Suga Goddess Confections will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake/treats have been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession.

Items made with chocolate, butter, cream, or cream cheese will need to be kept cool until you are ready to serve. Do not place items in direct sunlight. If having an outdoor event wait to set items out until you are ready to serve. All cake/cupcake items are made from scratch and need to be kept out at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving. Please follow storage and handling directions as I will not be responsible for items after pick up or delivery.

Pickup will be in Richmond, TX. Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery fees are as followed: *Richmond/Rosenberg $15 *Sugarland/Katy $30 *Houston & surrounding areas $40 plus depending on location
