Due to copyright and trademark laws, I can not make character or logo cakes (ex: Disney, Marvel, Hello Kitty, sports teams, etc) as this constitutes copyright infringement. 50% deposit due upon baker's acceptance of order to secure availability.
Final balance is due 24 hours prior to order pickup or delivery. I do not complete custom orders without the 100% payment to ensure that all goods and services are paid and compensated for.
