A lead time of 2 weeks is required for orders to be considered. Larger orders (3 dozen treats+) may require more of a lead. It is best to place orders as soon as you know what you want so that Sucre & Sweets can better assist you.

Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. After 24 hours, there will be 1 reminder sent out. After a total of 36 hours passes without complete payment, the order is subject to being cancelled. If this occurs twice, you may be subject to a temporary order placement suspension. If this occurs after the suspension has been lifted, there is no guarantee that order placement will be allowed.

Cancellation is allowed within 1 week of the order due date with a 50 percent refund. Refunds for orders will not occur if cancellation is requested with less than 1 week notice. **Extreme circumstances are an exception, and may be discussed.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, a refund may be issued if any of the following occur: - If your order is destroyed (cracked, smashed, broken) before the time of handoff. Sucre & Sweets is not responsible for what happens to your order after delivery or pickup. If something happened to your order, it is extremely important to contact Sucre & Sweets immediately, otherwise a refund may not be issued. - The order does not meet your expectations which have been discussed and recorded on your invoice. This includes wrong colors, flavors, or packaging. I have to stress that not all inspiration can be recreated to a T, and this will be discussed at the time of ordering. Anything not discussed may receive a refund.
