After years of experimenting, perfecting recipes, and plenty of trial and error, I’m so excited to finally share my creations with you! At STUFFD, every dessert is made with care, attention to detail, and a whole lot of love. From the first bite to the very last crumb, I want every treat to be something you genuinely look forward to. Pickup Location: Parkvale / Greerton, Tauranga 📍 Your exact pickup address will be provided once your order has been paid in full. 📩 Pickup Instructions Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with your pickup address and details. Please arrive within your selected pickup window and message me when you arrive. ⏰ Pickup Windows Thursday: 12pm – 6pm Friday: 12pm – 6pm Saturday: 10am – 6pm Please make sure you arrive within your selected pickup window. Let me know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. I try to be as accommodating as possible. 💰 Payment A deposit is required when placing your order to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 day before your scheduled pickup. Orders will only be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received. 🤎

🚗 TRANSPORTING YOUR TREATS Please treat your STUFFD goodies with care on the journey home! 🤎 • Keep your treats flat and upright during transport. • Avoid placing orders in direct sunlight or leaving them in a hot car. • During warm weather, transport chocolate-covered treats and cakes in a cool environment. • Avoid placing anything heavy on top of your order. • For longer journeys, we recommend using an insulated/cool bag with a cold pack where appropriate. • Once you arrive home, follow the storage instructions for your specific treats. ⸻ 🍪 COOKIES For the best taste and texture: Room temperature: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. If packaging is open, store in an airtight container. For a warm, gooey cookie: Gently warm individual cookies before eating. 🍪🤎 Storage and best-before times will depend on the specific cookie and fillings, so follow the date/instructions provided on the back of your product. ⸻ 🍫 CHOCOLATE-COVERED TREATS Chocolate and heat aren’t the best friends! 🥲🍫 • Keep treats cool and dry. • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. • During warmer weather, refrigeration may be recommended depending on the treat. • If refrigerated, allow the treat to come closer to room temperature before eating when appropriate for the product. • Handle gently to avoid damaging the chocolate decorations. Please note: Chocolate may soften or melt if exposed to warm temperatures. STUFFD is not responsible for melting or damage caused by improper transportation or storage after pickup. ⸻ 🎂 CAKE IN A CAN Keep your cake in a can refrigerated unless your specific order label says otherwise. 🤎 • Keep refrigerated • Enjoy within the recommended timeframe shown on your order label. For the best experience: Let your cake sit for a short time before eating if recommended on your label — this can help the cake and frosting reach the intended texture. ⸻ 🤎 A LITTLE NOTE FROM STUFFD Your treats are made with lots of love, so please give them a little love on the journey home! Once your order has been collected, you are responsible for keeping your treats at the appropriate temperature and storing them correctly. STUFFD cannot guarantee the quality of products that have been improperly transported or stored.

Orders with customisation (Designs, Decor, Individually bagged, highly detailed themes etc.) will have additional charges. These extra charges will be disclosed in your deposit invoice. While I try my best to replicate your inspiration pictures, I do require some creative freedom for the order. Be aware it won’t be a 100% duplicate. 50% NON refundable deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance is due 1 day before pickup date. Your order is only secure once your deposit has been sent. *No deposit = No order* Pickup Date/Time is final. If you’re going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. I try to be as accommodating as possible. Orders are made specifically for you, NO REFUNDS if you fail to communicate with me to cancel/change dates in an appropriate time frame.
