How do I place an order?
Start by submitting an inquiry through our order form. We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and provide the next steps for securing your date.
How far in advance do I need to book a cake?
Typical lead time for smaller celebrations is about 2 weeks, however that is always subject to change.
For larger events, I recommend booking at least 4 months in advance.
Can I choose my cake flavor and filling?
Yes! Our menu features a curated selection of signature flavors, with additional options available for custom orders when possible.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your date. Your order is not considered booked until the retainer and any required agreement have been completed. Final payment is due 1 week before delivery.
Do you offer allergy-free cakes?
While I take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, i cannot completely guarantee everything is free of allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, and other ingredients. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should use their best judgement when ordering.
Where are you located?
Studio Vanille is a home-based cottage bakery serving the Northeast Ohio area. Pickup details and location information are provided to confirmed customers.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Some changes may be possible depending on how close your event date is and whether ingredients or materials have already been purchased. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you deliver?
Delivery may be available depending on the order and location. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are separate from the cost of your order.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Your retainer is non-refundable, and additional payments may be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your order agreement.
