Our pizza dough is shaped into a 10 inch crust and par baked.
Just add your favorite sauce and toppings then bake until it’s done to your liking. We bake ours at 550° for 5-7 minutes.
They are made with sourdough starter, flour, milk, honey, eggs, and salt. Cold-fermented overnight to get a light sourdough taste. Then, it is rolled in corn meal for that crunchy exterior texture that English muffins are known for. Split with a fork, instead of a knife for all those nooks and crannies.
