YES! Cannolis are a dairy product. They need refrigeration so they do not perish.
You may also freeze if needed! (In an air tight bag for best results.)

My traditional filling includes minced cherries as well as chopped semi sweet chocolate pieces.

Yes! I make Cannoli Cups and Stuffed
strawberries filled with my signature cannoli creme.
What is a Cannoli?
A Cannoli is a crispy shell fried to perfection filled with sweet cream then dipped with a various of toppings on the ends. (Etc. mini chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, pistachios.) Flavors vary.
