I am thrilled to formally introduce myself as Starr (Mapp) Guillory, proprietor of StarrStruck Sweets, deeply rooted in Ascension Parish, where I proudly reside and am a 1998 graduate of St. Amant High School. My greatest achievement is raising my three daughters within the parish. While cake pops may not be to everyone's liking, each one is crafted with the finest ingredients, selected with care to ensure an exceptional experience. Unlike others, I use Stover & Company chocolate and candy melts for their superior quality, rather than almond bark. Every treat is designed with meticulous attention to detail, precision, and care to eliminate imperfections. My objective is to impress your guests with both the flavor and presentation of my creations. I specialize in working closely with clients to design customized treats for their special occasions and provide personalized edible images for businesses. I am eager to collaborate with you in 2026!

Cakepops $30-40 per dozen

Cupcakes $20 per dozen

For your order to officially be placed with me, a NON refundable deposit is required.

My deposit fee is 50% of your orders total.

The remaining balance can be paid at Pickup. By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
