⸻ Sprinkle of Joy – Shop Policies & Terms Thank you for choosing Sprinkle of Joy for your custom cookie needs! Please read and review the following policies before placing your order. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined below. ⸻ Ordering & Deposits • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your date. • Your order is not confirmed until this deposit is received. • Orders canceled after the deposit is made will not receive a refund, as the deposit compensates for time spent on design, communication, and ingredient purchases. • The remaining balance is due at pickup (or as otherwise arranged). ⸻ Custom Designs • All custom cookie designs must be finalized at least 7 days before pickup. No changes can be made after this deadline. • Custom designs are inspired by client ideas and inspiration photos. Exact replication is not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of the product. ⸻ Allergy Disclaimer • All cookies are made in a home kitchen that may contain allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. • Standard icing contains almond extract. If you need a vanilla-only icing, this can be substituted for a $10 fee per order. • While every effort is made to accommodate allergy-friendly requests, Sprinkle of Joy cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. ⸻ Rush Orders • Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice are considered rush orders and incur an additional $5 per dozen. • Rush orders are subject to availability and may be declined if the schedule is full. ⸻ Pickup Policy • Pickup time and location will be confirmed once your order is finalized. • Once an order leaves my possession, Sprinkle of Joy is not responsible for any damage to cookies/ other items during transport or after pickup. ⸻ Refunds & Store Credit • No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with design or flavor, as taste is subjective and all cookies are made with care and quality ingredients. • If you are unsatisfied, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Sprinkle of Joy. ⸻ Use of Photos • Sprinkle of Joy reserves the right to photograph all cookies and use images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. ⸻ Miscellaneous • All sales are final once the order is picked up. • By placing an order, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms.
