You can submit your order request through our website or contact us directly via email or social media. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking at least 2ā3 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an extra fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom cake and cupcake orders to secure your date.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash (for in-person transactions).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but cancellations made within 24ā48 hours of pickup will forfeit the deposit. No refund will be given.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Jackson, MS. The exact location will be shared once your order is confirmed. Delivery within the North Jackson area will have a $5 fee.
Do you offer delivery?
Limited local delivery is available for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of booking.
What if Iām late for pickup?
We kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time. Late pickups may impact product quality, and we are not responsible for damage after your order leaves our possession.
Can I customize my cake design or flavor?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of shapes, themes, and flavors. Fondant accents, edible images, toppers, and other customizations are available for an additional fee.
Are your products allergy-friendly?
Our items are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. We do not guarantee allergen-free products. Our products are made in a Cottage Food operation that is not subject to Mississippi's food safety regulations.
Can I order multiple cupcake flavors in one pack?
Yes! One flavor is included per pack. Adding more than 2 flavors per pack adds a $3 fee per flavor added.
What sizes and types of cakes do you offer?
We offer cakes from 4" to 10", including mini bento cakes, heart/star shapes, and 2-tiered options. We also sell cupcake packs and brownie cake dippers.
