Once payment hasn't been collected on an invoice the sale is final so please be sure to enter all information correctly at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We only ship out orders Monday through Wednesdays. Any orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will ship out the following week. Due to our shipping dates please allow 5 to 7 days of processing time on your orders. All orders ship on 2-3 day priority shipping.
When can I pick up my order?
All orders requested for pickup will be ready for pickup on Saturday of the same week the order is placed. Any order placed after Thursday will be ready for pick up the following Saturday. Pick up time is 11:00 a.m. unless specified otherwise. You will receive an email or text the morning of your order pickup date.
Orders not picked up at the previously agreed upon date and time will be forfeited without reimbursement. A grace period of 15 minutes may be offered depending upon availability.
Where do I pick up my order from?
My designated pickup location is Publix at pine lake plaza located at 411 South Cypress road Pompano Beach, Florida. Order pick up time is 11:00 a.m. unless specified otherwise.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $10 and will appear as a separate line on your invoice.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given. If you have an issue with your order that you would like to bring to the attention of our team please email sales@Sosgourmetreats.com and we will do our best to make the situation right within reason.

Menu prices do not include sale tax. Due to the cost increases of packaging and ingredients prices listed on our site are subject to change without notice.
Allergy warning
Customers are responsible for stating allergies or special consideration at time of booking. Our workspace is not a nut free area. Please specify if you would like for nuts to be omitted from your treats. Be advised that the possibility of cross contamination cannot be eliminated.
Transfer of responsibility
Once your goods are delivered or collected by the customer/representative the customer or representative assumes full responsibility for the care and handling of their goods. SOS gourmet treats shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or deterioration of your goods once they are in the customers' or representatives' possession.
Cottage food statement
Items sold by Spoonful of Sugar Gourmet treats are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.
