Orders open every Saturday at 9 AM CST and close once we reach our weekly baking limit (usually within 24 hours). Once the limit is reached, orders will temporarily close and reopen the following Saturday at 9 AM CST. All orders placed during the open window will ship on the next scheduled ship date, which is always listed at checkout. Shipping Orders: Spoil Me Treat’s, take great care in packaging each cookie cake individually to ensure safe shipping. However, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. During warmer months, melting may occur during transit. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. All cookies are baked fresh and heat-sealed to maintain their quality and freshness. Pickup Orders: Pickup is by appointment only. You will be contacted to schedule a pickup once your order is ready. Orders are not available for same day or immediate pickup. Pickup is currently available in Mobile, AL. The full pickup address will be provided via email once your order is ready. Custom Orders: At this time we do not accept custom orders.
