A little about me I work full-time along with a part-time job. And I also take orders throughout the week as well. Yes I know super busy. But baking is my passion and I love the memories I make with each custom design.

Usually I don’t take more than 2 cake orders in the same week. With that being said, I also require at least a 3 weeks notice on an order. So that I am not overbooked. Please feel free to look at my calendar and for check availabilities.

Order details

When you order, I require the following information cake flavor, number of servings, desired shape and, two or more inspiration photos. As a reminder, inspiration, photos are just that for inspiration, I do not promise your orders to look exactly like the photo.

Final Payment

Your order must be paid in full 4 days before your order is supposed to be picked up and/or delivered. If your order is not paid in full on the 4th day by 12pm your order will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy

If for some reason you need to cancel. You must cancel within 4 days of which your order is placed.

Rush fees

A rush fee of $25 will be added to your total if you order less than a week before your event date.

Liability

Once a cake has been picked up and/or delivered Southern Sweets & Treats is no longer responsible for any damages. Cause by any not employed the company.

Southern Sweets & Treats products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen, which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. I do apologize for any inconveniences.

The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards.

Content/Discounts

Any photos taken my clients can and will be used for content for Southern Sweets & Treats. If you tag my page your photos. You will also receive a 15% discount on your next order.
