🌟Drop offs are done at HyVee on Middle Road & Devil’s Glen in Bettendorf.

ℹ️: My bread is NOT made with preservatives therefore it won’t have the shelf near store bought bread. I suggest if you will not eat your product within 3/4 days, to halve it and freeze a portion- it thaws perfectly in the counter.

ℹ️: Do NOT keep your bread stored in a plastic bag. Sourdough is a very hydration-heavy bread and trapping moisture will lead to quick mold. Personally I store mind cut side down on a cutting bored with a small linen towel draped over the loaf.

ℹ️: Depending on the texture you prefer, bread can be ran under water for a second or two and rewarmed in the oven at 450 degrees for 7-8 minutes for a same day baked taste, in the microwave for a more moist, chewy taste or even the air fryer for a crispier crust!

ℹ️: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required from new customers for orders. An order is not considered taken until deposit is received. Refunds given are at my discretion but will not be given within 48 hours of “order due by” date as sourdough products are already started by then! Please reach out ASAP with questions, changes or concerns.
