Do you have gluten-free options?
Currently we do not offer gluten-free. Our sourdough is digested easier than regular store bought breads.
Are all your products made with sourdough?
Yes! Our sourdough starter is unconventional because the starter is fed with water, sugar and potato flakes. This gives our breads a slightly sweet flavor. It does not have the “tang” of traditional sourdough.
