Sourdough Connection

I’m a self-taught baker who discovered a passion for sourdough in 2022. My journey began at home, inspired by my family’s love for fresh bread and a desire to make it myself. Over the past year, I’ve experimented with techniques and ingredients, guided by my starter, Mary Lou, who has become the heart of my baking.

Encouraged by family, friends, and customers, I began selling sourdough bread and pastries that people now enjoy. My biggest supporters—and taste testers—are my husband, son, and mom.

I created Sourdough Connection to share the joy of baking and the connections this craft brings. I’m excited to continue this journey and hope you enjoy every loaf and pastry I lovingly create.

Final payment due at time of ordering.

Prices are based on the weight of the Sourdough bread unless otherwise noted.

Baked goods must be picked up the day the order is ready unless other arrangements have been made.

$2 delivery fee will be added to orders outside of the following delivery area - Fulshear community (Jordan Ranch, Firethorne, Young Ranch, Tamarron, and Cross Creek).

Additional delivery fee outside of the Katy city limits.
