Policies
Ordering, Pickup & Cancellation Policy
Pickup
• Pick-up for orders will be at my house in Perry Township and will be easy to locate on the front porch.
• Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window.
• Orders not picked up and not communicated about within the pickup window will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.
Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Payment
• Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise arranged.
• First-time customers, large orders, or customers with a prior no-show may be required to prepay.
No-Shows
• No-shows without communication result in lost time, ingredients, and packaging.
• Customers who no-show may be required to prepay future orders or may be declined for future orders.
