50% of the total is due in order to secure your slot within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. Deposits not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 24 hours before pick up date. Orders cannot be picked up before the balance is paid in full. No cash payment accepted at pick up.
Do you deliver?
No. Pick ups only, Uber package is fine - customer is responsible for calling the Uber/Lyft. Once the cake/treats are secure in the car Sorelle Cakery is no longer responsible and the order is marked as complete.
Please note that some orders will not be recommended for Uber courrier. Exceptions for delivery may apply to wedding cakes.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is ONLY refundable 7 days prior to the pick up date; minus custom products that have already been purchased for said order.
72 hour cancellations can be saved for a future order within 3 months of initial order.
There is NO refund or held deposit for cancellations within 48 hours.
What if I change my mind about an order?
That’s ok! As long as there is enough time to arrange the changes (nothing has been made or purchased), you can make whatever changes you would like. If something was already made/purchased you would be responsible for the fee.
What if I am late for a pick up?
There will be a 20 minute grace period to all scheduled pick ups. Anything after that will be subject to a late fee or a non refundable cancellation.
Do you offer gluten free?
Yes! I offer gluten free cakes. However not recommended for persons with celiac disease.
Can you do vegan cakes?
In short, no!

What if I have a peanut allergy?
Sorelle Cakery is a home based business that does contains peanuts in the home. When it is noted that a customer has an allergy, extra precaution is taken however it is at your discretion since the environment is not peanut free.
