What is the difference between a tier and a layer?
A layer is a piece of sponge cake stacked with filling in between other pieces to make one complete cake. My cakes typically have 2 layers, so 2 pieces of cake and 1 layer of filling in between.
A tier is a whole cake & take multiple to make one whole complete cake. One cake on the bottom, with a smaller cake stacked on top. Typical tiered cakes are 2 or 3 tiers.
Are there gluten free options?
Yes! I offer vanilla, funfetti & chocolate flavored cake & cake pops that are gluten free.
