I’m 37, a mom of two amazing kids, and I’ve been passionate about food and creating unforgettable dining experiences for over 17 years. After spending years mastering my craft in high-volume kitchens and leadership roles across the culinary industry, I decided it was time to build something of my own.

Four years ago I planted roots in Las Vegas and launched Soooo Stuphed — a boutique cottage bakery where every treat is handcrafted in small batches with love, intention, and a whole lot of flavor. From indulgent stuffed cookies to rich fudgy brownies, everything I make is designed to feel elevated, nostalgic, and special.
