Capabilities & Pricing
Orders must be paid in full before receiving your order.
Deposit of 50% to book.
Order will need to be paid in full 1 week prior to pickup or delivery date.
Orders due within the same week have to be paid in full up front.
Prices will vary depending on the complexity of your design.
Exact replicas to an inspiration photo cannot be done, but will do my absolute best to get it as close as possible.
I understand things happen just make sure you stay in contact with me on any changes as soon as possible.
No refunds once order is placed. I begin working as soon as your order is placed . (Ordering materials, creating toppers, buying ingredients, etc)
Once the order has been delivered or picked up. Anything that happens afterwards is out of my hands and Sooo Sweet Delights is not responsible.
When ordering a burn cake please use extreme caution. Sooo Sweet Delights is not responsible for anything that happens when the order is in your possession.
No Refunds & Resolution Policy
All orders from Sooo Sweet Delights are custom-made and prepared specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed.
If an issue arises, concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of pickup.
At our discretion a future credit may be offered as a courtesy.
Once a resolution is provided, the matter is considered closed.
