Hi 👋🏼

I’m Kennedy….owner, baker, and pretty much doer of everything at SonRise Homestead Bakery! We are a licensed cottage bakery located in the Jacksonville/Alexandria Alabama area. I specialize in artisan sourdough breads and various other baked goods.

When I’m not baking, I’m wrangling and homeschooling 3 very rambunctious little boys! And (if I have any other free time left) I enjoy watercolor painting, being outdoors, gardening, and tending to our little homestead.

My passion when it comes to baking is striving to use the best ingredients possible and making yummy things that taste good, but are GOOD for the body too!
