-Delivery / pickup window is confirmed upon booking.
-Please allow 15-30 minute window in case of traffic or delays.
-Failure to arrive within 30 minute window +15 minute grace period (45 minutes total) will result in a $20 late fee payable before order pickup.
-Orders will not be held for following day pickup.
What’s the delivery fee?
- $20 : up to 10 miles
- $40 : 11 - 20 miles
- $60 : 21 - 30 miles
- $75 : 31 + miles
Can I modify my order once placed?
- You may modify your order up to 5 days prior to scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- Changes made less than 4 days or less will have a $15 modification fee and are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order?
- Any cancellation made within 6 days of your event, 50% of payment is non-refundable.
- Any cancellation made within 4 days or less of event, the payment is non-refundable.
- In event of an emergency, we may offer to reschedule or credit at our discretion and availability.
Do you accommodate allergies?
- Our products may contain allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs.
- WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE ALLERGENS AT THIS TIME.
