Policies
Deposits 💳
50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm. Order with less than 48 hr notice, 100% payment is required. Please pay deposit within 48 hours of order acceptance. Failure to provide deposit will result in your order being cancelled.
Pickup 🚙
Upon ordering you will be asked to select a specific pickup time. Ex: 6:30 PM Please do not put a time range for your pickup time. Ex: 2-4 P.M or Anytime After 3 PM Failure to properly select a time will result in your order being declined. Please be punctual to your requested pickup time! I understand things happen and will happily work with you if you communicate a delay, etc. 15+ minutes late without proper communication will result in your order pickup being rescheduled.
Delivery 🏠
1-10 miles: Free 11+: 0.50 per mile (first 10 miles are still free) Include apartment name, gate codes, etc. Please be sure you are home during your requested delivery time.
Refunds 💵
After pickup we are NOT responsible for any damage that can occur transport. If you serve the cake/baked good/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away. Please contact me! If something is wrong I will gladly remake it. Please note, in the following cases you will not receive a refund or have your product remade. -Majority of order is consumed before contacting me with issue -Over 24hrs has passed since pickup.
