Here’s my

POLICY :

•RESPONSE time is up to 48 hours, bare with me I work a fulltime job & have a child with special needs also , I will get to you 💙

•All orders MUST be paid IN FULL upon booking you have 30 mins to send payment or appointment request will be cancelled.

• All party packages must be paid in full 2 weeks before booked date , you can put a down payment but the FULL PAYMENT has to be in by the set date I give to you , if remaining balance is not in by the date I give to you, no refund will be giving and no order will be made .

• You Can cancel up to a week ahead with half of payment refunded , anything less than a week means no refund absolutely no exceptions

•Apple Pay : please leave your contact info and I will request it off a different number ( do NOT send to the number above)

• Cash : must be dropped off same day you book your appointment… no exceptions if no payment is dropped off your order will be canceled and available to others

•All orders must be picked up between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm unless we spoke upon a different pick up time. If you are late picking up it will be a $20 fee , 30 mins late means you have to pick up the next following day same time … if order is NOT picked up by the 2nd day you will not get a refund & no order will be giving to you !

• LATE NIGHT pick ups = $25 fee on top of total
