👩‍🍳💕 Hi! I’m Chef Solimar, the baker behind Soli’s Sweets, a Syracuse-based home bakery specializing in custom cakes, cheesecakes, and sweet treats made fresh to order.

I recently graduated as a Pastry Chef and love creating desserts that help make life’s special moments even sweeter. When I’m not baking, I’m a full-time worker and proud autism mom doing what I love one treat at a time.

Please review the policies below before placing your order.

📩 Response Time

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to inquiries and order requests. Messages are answered in the order they are received.

💳 Order & Payment Policy

All standard orders require full payment to secure your date. Payment must be received within 30 minutes of booking approval, or the requested date may be released.

For last-minute orders (less than 2 weeks’ notice), full payment is required at the time of booking.

🎉 Party Package Orders

A 60% deposit is required to reserve all party package bookings and secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks before your event date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in cancellation, and all payments made are non-refundable

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable

This is due to time, preparation, and ingredients already reserved for your order.

💰 Accepted Payments

• Cash App: $Solimarr

• Apple Pay: Available upon request

• Cash: Must be paid same day as order placement

Unpaid orders will be canceled and the date reopened.

🕒 Pickup Policy

Pickup is required for all cake orders. I do not offer cake delivery.

Delivery may be available for select treat orders on rare occasions, but pickup is the standard and preferred method for all orders.

Pickup is available between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, unless arranged otherwise.

• Late pickups: $20 fee applies

• More than 30 minutes late: pickup rescheduled for the next day

• Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be considered abandoned and are non-refundable

🌙 After-Hours Pickup

Late-night pickup may be available upon request for a $25 convenience fee
