I recommend storing at room temperature for up to 7 days. If needed longer, slice and freeze for up to three months. To defrost slices, bring to room temperature and toast or heat in a 350° oven for a few minutes. our fresh, organic sourdough does •not• contain any fillers to prolong shelf life.
