Hi! I’m Jesse, owner and creator of Sōl Baking. I’m a registered nurse, wife, and mom of three. I decided to give homemade bagels a try and have enjoyed perfecting my recipe and technique! I hand make all the bagels, down to kneading the dough. I appreciate all the love and support of this new adventure!
