This loaf freezes exceptionally well. Store it whole, or slice and freeze for easy moments of bread bliss.
Slices: Toast straight from frozen to revive their crisp crust and tender crumb.
Whole loaf: Thaw at room temperature. When ready, lightly rinse the crust under cold water and warm in a preheated 380°F (193°C) oven for 5–10 minutes. The crust crackles back to life and the center turns soft and chewy once more.
