So Sweet Bakery operates from a home kitchen that handles common food allergens. Ingredients are sourced from various suppliers that may also process allergens. While every precaution is taken to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are 100% allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies are strongly encouraged to order from a bakery that specializes in allergen-free products. So Sweet Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur.

So Sweet Bakery is not responsible for any damage to products after they have been received by the client, including but not limited to improper handling, transportation, or storage. Exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight may affect the appearance, quality, and taste of your cake or cupcakes. Products should be stored in a cool environment, away from heat and sunlight, or refrigerated as needed. For best results, cakes and cupcakes should be removed from the refrigerator and allowed to sit at room temperature for 1–3 hours prior to serving.
