Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. While we may be able to avoid foods containing possible allergens if told ahead of time, there is still a risk of cross contamination. Anyone with food allergies who consumes our products does so at their own risk.
Our fresh fruits used in our chocolate covered treats are BEST same day (The day you pick up your order). I am not responsible for the freshness nor quality of any treats after your pick up/delivery date.
Our Policy
Deposits are required when paying with PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Deposit is 50% and is paid within 24 hours of order being quoted & are non-refundable. After the 24-hour period, the order will be cancelled if no deposit is submitted. We no longer take orders without a deposit.
I do ask for a minimum of 3 days to place an order. Any last minute/same day orders will be subjected to a rush fee of $25.
Delivery date, time, & address cannot be changed once order payment has been received. For delivery, the first 7 miles are completely free & $1 per mile thereafter. Pick up date, time, & address cannot be changed once order payment has been received. If customer is late by 15 min, there will be a $10 LATE FEE if not communicated with me prior. If you are more than 30 minutes late your order will be CANCELED and you will NOT be given a refund.
No refunds are offered of any kind
Typical lead time needed is 3 days.
I am not liable for any order once it is picked up or delivered.
