Is sourdough gluten free?
Sourdough is not gluten free, but many people with IBS, gluten intolerance, or gluten sensitivity can tolerate sourdough bread. This is because the methods used to make sourdough break down some of the gluten in the flour so it is easier to digest. Think of sourdough as low-gluten rather than gluten-free.
Do you sell your sourdough starter?
At the moment I do not sell my starter, and do not have a plan to start. If I ever do decide to sell starter it will be advertised on my Facebook page.

In North Battleford at Bliss and Bubs Boutique. The address is 1641 100 St, North Battleford, SK S9A 0W5.
In Meota at 270-2nd street east. Please use the side door upon arrival.
How do I order?
I will advertise when I have a bake session(s) planned, as well as what I will have available. Purchases can be made through my website. As orders come in, my inventory on the website will adjust.
