Frequently Asked Questions
-Sourdough Boules are good for 3-5 days when stored in a bread bag, bread box, or airtight container.
-Sourdough Boules are good for 5-7 days when stored in the fridge.
-Sourdough Boules are good for up to 6 months when stored in the freezer wrapped in plastic wrap or in a ziplock bag with parchment or freezer paper in between slices, if sliced.
**How to refresh your Sourdough Boules- run loaf under water, then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
If sliced- pull from freezer and toast or let thaw and then toast.
**All Sourdough breads need to be transferred from packaging to a new container or follow the methods above.
Sourdough baked goods can be stored in original packaging.
I am not gluten free and not 100% organic. I do use all quality ingredients.
I feed my starter with King Arthur Bread Flour for the high protein content and I bake with King Arthur All Purpose Flour.
For all of my bakes I use homemade butter or Grassfed Butter.
Each item is carefully checked before it leaves my kitchen, but if you have any concerns with your order please message me with photos of item(s) and I’ll try my best to resolve. This needs to be done same day.
