Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

All business-related questions, orders, changes, and concerns must be communicated by text during business hours.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Your order date is NOT secured or considered booked until the required deposit has been received.

Orders are accepted based on availability and are subject to approval.

RUSH ORDERS

Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the requested pickup date are considered RUSH ORDERS.

A rush fee will be added to all qualifying orders.

Rush orders are accepted at my discretion and based on availability.

PICKUP POLICY

Customers are required to arrive at their scheduled pickup date and time.

If you are going to be late, you MUST communicate as soon as possible.

Failure to communicate a delay may result in the order being forfeited with NO REFUND.

Repeated or excessive lateness may affect your ability to place future orders.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product.

The business is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, temperature, or failure to follow care instructions after pickup.

CAKE CARE

Cakes should remain refrigerated until approximately 1–3 hours before serving, unless otherwise instructed.

Customers are responsible for properly transporting, storing, and caring for their cake after pickup.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your deposit.

💰 PRICING & PAYMENT POLICIES

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order date.

Accepted payment methods:

PayPal

Apple Pay

NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING.

FINAL BALANCE

The remaining balance is DUE ONE WEEK BEFORE PICKUP, unless another payment arrangement has been discussed and approved before booking.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

A deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation or inability to fulfill the order is on my behalf.

RUSH FEE

Orders booked less than 2 weeks in advance will be subject to a RUSH FEE.

The rush fee will vary based on the order, requested design, size, details, and availability.

Once an order has been approved, paid for, and/or picked up, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or changes will not be accepted unless otherwise determined by the business.
