I appreciate your business and are honored that you have chosen me for your special celebration. I guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let me know at the time you receive your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered. THESE PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENTS THAT IS EXEMPT FROM GOVERNMENT LICENSING AND INSPECTION. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE SEPARATE KITCHEN AT MY HOME. I AM NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Pricing and Payment Options: ALL PRICES ARE ESTAMINETS! Your final price will be based on design, accents requested, fondant decorations, quantity or serving size. Invoices will be emailed the first of every week after order is confirmed. If you do not respond to confirmation within 48 hours your order will be cancelled. I do not require deposits. Cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Venmo and cash app payments are excepted. Refund Policy: All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable. Store credit can only be issued by Sky's the Limit Creations. Discounts may be provided at the discretion of Sky's the Limit Creations depending on the situation. Sky's the Limit Creations will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet my quality standards once a cake or cookies has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Sky's the Limit Creations bakery provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. Cake or cookie flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will be at the sole discretion of Sky's the Limit Creations . Sky's the Limit Creations may consider a store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards within 24 hours of your event. Please note, I do taste my cakes daily to insure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Sky's the Limit Creations . My products are baked from scratch with all natural ingredients, and need to be kept out at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake or cookies to some degree. Please understand I cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions INGREDIENTS All cakes, cookies, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake or cookies. Design Variations: Although I make every attempt to provide an exact design and to match colors, custom cakes and cookies are a work of art. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, but I will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also be aware the exposure to light can cause colors to change. I do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting. In the event that a major variation needs to be made Sky's the Limit Creations will communicate this to the customer and seek re-design approval. Care and Handling I am not responsible for any damage to the cake or cookies after pick-up or after setup is complete. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake or cookies, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of Sky's the Limit Creations. In the case of fresh flower usage on the cake, Sky's the Limit Creations is not responsible for any damage to the cake caused by the placement of flowers by another party or other items on the cake. Hours and Pick up Times All orders will be available for pick up a 10 am. My daily work hours are not set. SUNDAY'S ARE MY DAYS OFF. IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER PLACED ON A SUNDAY YOU MUST HAVE IT PICKED UP BY 10 AM! If church conflicts with your order pick up please let me know and we will arrange a good time. Holiday Special Sales: Holiday pre-orders are posted a month prior to each holiday. I will post no shows and extras on the second pick up day. It is always first come first serve. I will make a list if I have people request extras first. If I don't get a response within an hour I will move to the next customer. Pick up must be as soon as possible. I will hold if needed but must be paid for before hand. Placing an Order: All orders must be placed through my bakesy website only. Any orders placed through comments will NOT be expected!
